Chicken thigh meat600g

Onion (cut slices)1pc

Minced garlic1/2 tsp

Minced ginger1/2 tsp

Coriander(chopped)1 stalk

Shao Xing Wine1 tbsp

Oil1/2 cup

Marinade

Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce1 tbsp

Shao Xing wine2 tsp

Cooking Step

1. Wash chicken thigh meat. Wipe Dry. Hop into pieces. Marinade for about 20 minutes. Heat up 1/2 cup oil. Put in chicken. Deep fry briefly. Dish up and drain. Set aside.

2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil. Stir fry onion shreds over medium heat till fragrant. Add minced ginger and minced garlic. Stir fry for a while. Add chicken. Stir fry. Sprinkle wine on chicken. Stir fry. Add seasoning. Bring to boil. Reduce to low heat. Cover wok. Braise till sauce thickens. Transfer to plate. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top. Serve.
