Pork belly1.5kg

Seasoning

Pun Chun Sweet Vinegar3/4 cup

Pun Chun Black Vinegar1/2 cup

Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce1/2 cup

Shaoxing wine1/2 cup

Crystal sugar250g

Water1 1/4 cup

Tangerine peel1/4 pc

Star Anise2 pcs

Cooking Step

1. Wash pork belly, cut into 1.5-inch squares, stewed for half an hour with water, dish up the pork belly and soak with ice water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Put pork belly and seasoning to boil, turn to low heat and braise for about 1 hour till tender. Remove excess oil and turn to high heat, braise till sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
