Ingredients

Ribs250g

Canned pineapple200g(chopped)

Red pepper1pc (cut slice)

Garlic2 pcs(chopped)

Pun Chun Plum Sauce2 tbsp

Starchappropriate amount

Marinade

Salt1/2 tsp

Sugar1 tsp

White pepper1/2 tsp

Starch1 tsp

Pun Chun Sesame Oil1 tsp

Seasoning

Cooking Step

1. Marinate ribs for 15 minutes.

2. Pre-heat the oil. Mix ribs with starch, deep fry ribs till turn to golden colour. Set aside.

3. Pre-heat the oil, fry garlic and red peppers.

4. Put back ribs and fry well.

5. Add 2 tbsp of plum sauce and stir-fry with pineapple. Ready to serve.
