Pork Ribs350g
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Red Chilli1 pc
Chopped shallot2 tbsp
Marinade
Pun Chun Plum Sauce1/2 tbsp
Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Pun Chun Premium Dark Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
Corn Starch1 tsp
Pun Chun Sesame Oil1 tsp
Water2 tbsp

Cooking Step
1. Wash ribs and drain, set aside.
2. Wash red chilli and cut into shred.
3. Mix garlic, red chilli and marinade with ribs and marinate for 20 minutes.
4. Steam for 12-15 minutes, sprinkles some onion on top, serve
