Garlic powder1 tsp
Red pepper powder1 tsp
Onion powder1/2 tsp
Cumin powder1/2 tsp
Black peppercorns1/2 tsp

Pun Chun Barbecue Sauce250ml
Pun Chun Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tbsp
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Oil1 tbsp

Cooking
1. Wash ribs and drain, put marinade on both sides of ribs and marinate for 6 hours in fridge. Put in room temperature for half hour before cook.
2. Pre heat oven with 200C for 10 minutes, place aluminum foil on oven pan, brush with oil, put the ribs, baked for 45minutes, turn another side, baked for 15 minutes.
3. Take the ribs out from oven and brush sauce on both side of ribs, put in oven and baked for 10 minutes with 240C.
4. Take out from oven and keep still for10 minutes Serve on plate, ready to serve.
