Ingredients

Prawns10 pcs

Vermicelli30g

Garlic4 pcs

Chopped spring onion1 tbsp

Red Chilli1 pc

Oil1/2 tsp

Seasoning

Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce for Seafood2 tbsp

Marinade

Cooking Step

1. Remove the antennae and leg of the prawns, remove prawn vein by slight cut at the back and wash the prawns, drain and set aside.

2. Chop garlic into mince.

3. Pre-heat the pan with 1/2 tsp of oil, fry minced garlic.

4. Chopped spring onion.

5. Wash red Chilli, cut into slice.

6. Soak the vermicelli till soft, boiled, drain and put it on plate, let it cool down.

7. Place prawns on top, put minced garlic and red chilli on top, steam for 5 minutes, pour Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce for Seafood, sprinkle spring onions onto the dish, ready to serve.
