Mutton slices200g

Scallion(slice thinly)1/2 stalks

Pun Chun Chiu Chow Chilli Oil1 tbsp

Toasted white sesame seeds1 tsp

Oil2 tbsp

Seasoning

Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce2 tsp

Sugar1/2 tsp

Marinade

Cooking Step

1. Wash mutton slices. Wipe dry. Mix well with seasonings. Set aside.

2. Heat up oil. Stir fry mutton slices till 80% done. Add Pun Chun Chiu Chow Chilli Oil. Mix well. Add sliced spring onion. Stir fry. Dish up. Sprinkle toasted white sesame seeds on top. Serve.
