Ingredients

Fried Noodle2 pcs

Sprouts100g(cut sections)

Leek50g(cut sections)

Onion1/2 pc (cut slice)

Ginger SliceFew

Dried Shallot1 pc(chopped)

White SesameFew

Seasoning

Water2 tbsp

Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce1 tbsp

Pun Chun Premium Dark Soy Sauce1 tbsp

Pun Chun Premium Oyster Sauce2 tsp

Pun Chun Sesame Oil1 tsp

Sugar1 1/2 tsp

Sauce

Serve with Pun Chun Chilli Sauce

Cooking Step

1. Mix all the seasonings well and set aside.

2. Put the noodle in boiling water and cook for about 1 minute. Loosen the noodles with chopsticks. Rinse noodles in cold water. Drain and set aside.

3. Heat up oil and fry the sprouts and leeks in a medium heat until soft, set aside.

4. Heat up oil, fry the onions until transparent. Set the onion to the side of the pan. Add a little more oil to the center of the pan and add ginger slices and dried shallots.

5. Add noodles. Stir well with chopsticks to make the noodles evenly heated. Add seasoning, stir-fry well, until the noodles are evenly colored.

6. Put in sprouts and leeks and fry well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with Chilli Sauce.
