Straw mushrooms225g

Shanghai white cabbage100g

Seasoning

Oil1 tsp

Salt1/4 tsp

Sugar1/4 tsp

Pun Chun Vegetarian Oyster Sauce1 tsp

Sauce

Starch1 tsp

Water1 tbsp

Cooking step

1. Wash Shanghai white cabbage and straw mushrooms and set aside.

2. Cook Shanghai white cabbage with boiled water and seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon of oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

3. Cook Straw Mushrooms with boiled water, rinse with cold water, set aside.

4. Heat up oil, add soup and straw mushrooms and other seasonings.

5. Add sauce after soup is boiled, mix, ready to serve.
