Rice150g

Chinese cured sausages1 pc(cut slice)

Duck liver cured sausages1 pc(cut slice)

Dried Shrimp20g

Choy Sum2 stalks

Seasoning

Pun Chun Sweet Soy Sauce1-2 tbsp

Cooking Step

1. Blanch Chinese cured sausages and duck liver cured sausages in boiled water. Drain and cut into slice.

2. Wash dried shrimp and soak with water for 10 minutes. Cooked Choy Sum.

3. Brush a layer of oil on the claypot, add rice, water, cover the lib and boil for 5 minutes, turn to low heat cook for 8 minutes.

4. Put sausages slices and dried shrimp, cover the lib and boiled for 10 minutes.

5. Switch off heat and put choy sum. Cover the lib for 10 minutes. Ready to serve with Pun Chun Sweet Soy Sauce.
