Beef fillet90g

Marinade

Pun Chun Satay Sauce6 tbsp

Water2 tbsp

Pun Chun Satay Sauce3 tbsp

Hot Water1 tbsp

Cooking step

1. Wash chicken fillet, beef fillet, pork fillet, drain and dry, cut into long strips, marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Put meat on stick, BBQ or fry until done. Serve with satay sauce.
