Green pepper1 pc
Red pepper1 pc
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Pun Chun Fresh Taste Oyster Sauce1 tbsp
Pun Chun Hoi Sin Sauce2 tbsp
1. Wash Green pepper and red pepper, cut in slice, set aside.
2. Boil prawn meat.
3. Heat pan with oil, fry minced garlic together with prawn meat.
4. Put green pepper, red pepper and sauce, stir to well done, ready to serve.
