Beef brisket(Cut into chunks)600g

Daikon400g

Cooking Step

1. Put the brisket chunks into a pot, add water. Bring to a boil and blanch. Remove the brisket and rinse.

2. Peel daikon and roll cut into pieces, set aside.

3. Heat up oil, fry garlic slices, add in the brisket chunks and daikon, fry with Pun Chun Chu Hou Sauce, sprinkle with Shaoxing wine, add in seasoning and star anise, boil. Cover and braise under medium low heat for 45 minutes, stir with spring onion, ready to serve.
